John has almost 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 15+ years in the property management industry. John is a proud alum of Villanova University where he holds a B.S. in Accountancy. After graduation, John spent 6 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Co.). John specializes in technology optimization to maximize efficiencies.
In a previous role with Cushman & Wakefield, John was the Global Lead on the Yardi Voyager 7S implementation/upgrade. These responsibilities included project management as well as senior management liaison across regions. He also played an integral part in SOC (Service Organization Control) compliance audits helping obtain a clean opinion for 10 consecutive years. Marcia brings 25 years of industry experience to our team. Marcia is Creighton Financials’ Director of Financial Operations, where she oversees our financial team. She has experience working with Financial Institutions as well as Boards. Marcia is a wealth of industry knowledge.
Marcia is also a member of CAI. In addition to ensuring timely distribution of monthly deliverables, she is responsible for all of the treasury functions related to the property management business. Marcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Immaculata University. Marcia is a happily married mother of two daughters who enjoys family time (dogs included) and going to the movies.

Steve has 28+ years of experience working in the technology industry and almost a third of that time spent specifically in the residential property management industry. Steve started in the industry on the business partner side. That has proven to be beneficial for East Hill because he understands both sides of the equation. Steve served as Vice-President of one the industries major accounting software providers and was recognized for his integrity and accountability while in that role. As the Vice-President of Operations Steve has brought his technology experience to East Hill and in 2016 transitioned them over to a cloud based organization. Arguably East Hill now has the best data integrity and disaster recovery plan of any of our competitors.
Steve is an active member of the Community Associations Institute both locally and nationally. He has given presentations to multiple chapters and has been a featured presenter at two of the last three national CAI shows. While on the business partner side, Steve lead the way for his entire software organization to become an Educated Business Partner. Steve has been published both locally and nationally, most recently in the national industry publication, Common Ground. Steve is active in his local home Delaware Valley chapter of CAI. He sits on the Annual Trade Show committee and he has just written a feature article set for release in Community Assets magazine.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cabrini University (Cum Laude). He is the proud father of two grown sons and he has been happily married for over 30 years. When not working Steve, loves playing with black lab Cooper.
Adriana has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry. She spent eight years serving as an Accounting Assistant, where she provided financial services to more than 60 clients throughout the tri-state area. Her responsibilities included daily processing of accounts receivables, transferring ownership information, and reconciling of 100+ bank statements.
Adriana also worked as an Application Analyst, where she was responsible for providing support for an accounting program nationwide. She has worked with both clients and software developers, acting as a liaison between the two parties. Her role also required her to take on responsibilities that included the onboarding and implementation of new clients throughout the U.S and Canada.
All of this experience made the transition to becoming our Manager of Applications effortless. Some of her daily tasks now include managing activities with newly acquired clients, gathering information to be imported into the accounting software system, reconciling of imported financial information and testing new software products. Outside of work, she likes to keep her 2 sons busy with Karate, Skateboarding, and riding dirt bikes.
Elisa has over 15 years of experience in the Financial sector, where she has significant experience in project management. Elisa works as our Financial Analyst, overseeing corporate accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing. Elisa is also responsible for our Vendor Management process and plays a key role in our various system interfaces. Elisa earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from La Salle University. When Elisa isn’t hard at work, she likes to spend time with her dogs and cats. She enjoys cooking, music, and movies.
Alexandra Aquilante (Allie) became a member of our team in May of 2017. She graduated from West Chester University in December of 2018 with a dual major in Accounting and Finance.
She started with us as an Intern but has since risen in rank to become our full-time staff accountant. Her daily tasks include processing accounts receivable, association financials, bank reconciliations and more. She also recently sat for her real estate exam and is now a licensed agent in Pennsylvania. When she can find the time, Allie also enjoys running with her dog Nico, and trips to the beach.
