That’s easy, just call or email us. Our initial interactions are designed to listen and collect information. We’re listening to ensure what you want to do is what you’re really telling us you want to do. Often clients aren’t sure what they need to do but they know where they want to end up. We’ll make sure we balance both equations so in the end we get to where you really intended to go all along but you just weren’t sure how to get there. We understand it’s a process that we’ll navigate through it together.

Once we engage with you we’ll want you to relax. We’ll take you through a discovery process so we can get a good look at your entire landscape. We’ll provide analysis of each component or platform that you’re running, we’ll create a set of performance metrics that together we’ll work to achieve. We won’t just look at your accounting platform because the problem may be with your infrastructure. We’ll show you what some others are doing, what technology is available, we’ll discuss how you can get from here to there and of course we’ll always pay attention to your budget. If we need to work in an incremental fashion, then we’ll set things up so we do that. If we want to set a timeline for completion, together we’ll work out the deliverables and milestones. If your goal is to take a “rip the Band-Aid off approach” and move smartly so this is behind you within a given time frame, we’ll lay out the critical path to get that done. Sometimes that’s the best approach and sometimes that’s the worst approach. Each organization and situation is different. We’ll analyze this with you.
